I highly recommend this property! It is very clean, well-organised and absolutely impeccable. The place is very private, quiet and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. 10/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was a very nice stay, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, easy check in and lots to do in the area. 
Was a couple of lipstick stains on the cups, 
The tv remote didn’t work, I tried to contact but was only able to speak to an AI operator and I never had a reply so no tv for the 2 day stay, 
Once I paid for the stay I had to sign a very big contract, it would have been better to read the contract first before paying as there was lots of terms and conditions around payments.

The location is excellent, the property is clean and well maintained, and the private parking space is a huge advantage. Overall, it is a highly recommended place to stay.

The check in procedure is slick, smooth and user friendly. 
The flat is clean and well managed.
Martyn's company replies swiftly to any issues raised by email, message and calls. However the local problem solving handyman let the otherwise excellent team down on this occasion by failing to appear to resolve a simple boiler issue leaving my adult daughters without heating and  hot water for 2 whole days. Once a plumber did finally come 24 hours after they said he would and 48 hours after the issue was reported,  the problem was quickly redolved and the heating and the hot water remained for the rest of the 12 day stay. It was a shame, as it was obvious that Martyn's appartments are obviously well run and it was not his fault that he was let down by an unreliable tradesman.  Please don't forget my recommendation for a local, reliable handyman that can fix any issues at short notice.
I would still recommend the apartments to other air bnb customers. 
My daughters enjoyed their stay.

We both really enjoyed our stay. The flat was clean, comfortable and in an ideal location for Southend and London.

We would go again for sure!!

I loved the place, it had everything nearby. I just found the camera at the entrance of the apartment door strange, because the description didn't mention it, only security cameras around the property. But it doesn't bother me, sometimes it's good for our own safety. Aside from that, the property deserves praise for its cleanliness. xx

The host was great, the apartment clean and was a good location. Top marks.

We had another place cancel on us 3 hours before arrival, so booked this last minute.

We had a few issues with the apartment but they offered us another one and got it sorted really quickly, to which we were really thankful for. Nice apartment.

Over all, exactly what we was looking for. Feel like we had a great deal, and the apartment itself was lovely and would definitely book again. 

Only negatives are the one bed was super uncomfortable, we had to clean through (but there were work men there before we arrived) so they could have made a bit of a mess after the cleaning was done. 

We were also on the top floor which is not a problem for us personally but could be an issue with very young kids so ask for the first floor one if stairs could be a problem.

The team member loved the apartment and we have rebooked. Thank you Martyn for all of your communication and help.

There was a problem with the door lock for the first two days,and you need a new plug in the kitchen and supply tea towels apart from that everything was fine
