St Johns Boutique Apartments Westcliff

The check in procedure is slick, smooth and user friendly. The flat is clean and well managed. Martyn's company replies swiftly to any issues raised by email, message and calls. However the local problem solving handyman let the otherwise excellent team down on this occasion by failing to appear to resolve a simple boiler issue leaving my adult daughters without heating and hot water for 2 whole days. Once a plumber did finally come 24 hours after they said he would and 48 hours after the issue was reported, the problem was quickly redolved and the heating and the hot water remained for the rest of the 12 day stay. It was a shame, as it was obvious that Martyn's appartments are obviously well run and it was not his fault that he was let down by an unreliable tradesman. Please don't forget my recommendation for a local, reliable handyman that can fix any issues at short notice. I would still recommend the apartments to other air bnb customers. My daughters enjoyed their stay.

Really nice place

We both really enjoyed our stay. The flat was clean, comfortable and in an ideal location for Southend and London. We would go again for sure!!
