Wonderful, characterful house - lots of space to sit together for the 10 of us, but also little nooks to sneak away to, if you need peaceful moments. Perfect backdrop to a get together with friends or family with lovely local town, walks and pubs.

Josua was a wonderful base to bring my immediate family together for a weekend. The standard of refurbishment is excellent and the property is very well appointed, having everything we needed. Maldon proved to be more interesting and lively (in a good way) than we expected. I’d recommend the walk along the river front and also the nearbyHeybridge basin walk. Thank you for providing such a wonderful base for our weekend.
