Wonderful, characterful house - lots of space to sit together for the 10 of us, but also little nooks to sneak away to, if you need peaceful moments. Perfect backdrop to a get together with friends or family with lovely local town, walks and pubs.

Josua is a really special house just off the high street in Maldon, so you have that combination of peace and also access to bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. It has a lovely garden space where we sat and had drinks and played games. My mother was 80 and we celebrated her birthday with a private chef, so we got to use and fully appreciate the beautiful dining room. It was such a special weekend. Thanks to Martyn for helping to make it a wonderful celebration.
