We stayed at ‘The Orange House’ Basildon and had the most wonderful experience. We were booked into a different air BnB around the corner (not hosted by niche) and were appalled when we checked in, so needed to find somewhere else to stay. We were in a real bind at 10pm on a Friday night and running out of options. I reached out over Air BnB messages and got a reply almost instantly saying they were more than happy to help us at such short notice. We spoke to a lovely man called Martyn who couldn’t have been kinder during a really stressful evening and as soon as we walked into the property the stress left us instantly. It was beautifully decorated with incredible amenities including a ping pong table and a table football. The garden was so great for the kids to play in with a great size grass area. The weekend was well and truly saved by their kindness that night and I am so very grateful.
