This lovely private cottage house is just a short drive away and has all the amenities you need for your stay to be a true home away from home experience, including high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, comfy sofa, deluxe furnishings and full dining facilities. Whether travelling for business or pleasure, family or alone, our home is perfectly equipped for your every need.</p>
<p>The semi-detached house has 2 large double bedrooms which can be made up as twin or king beds; a family bathroom; kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, oven/grill, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar; spacious living &amp; dining area with double sofabed, allowing up to 6 guests.</p>
<p>The property has a conservatory which opens up into a court yard style enclosed private garden with brick built BBQ and seating area. For those with little ones we also provide facilities such as a travel cot, changing mats and dedicated nappy bin. A hairdryer is supplied as standard. Fresh linen and towels are supplied.</p>
<p>The property is located with easy access from the A52, A38 and A50. Being centrally located it is 20-25 mins walk from Derby city centre, Royal Derby Hospital &amp; University. The train station is a 30 mins walk. Rolls-Royce, Bombardier, Toyota &amp; Pride Park are just 15 mins by car. Perfect for a city break or to delve into the wonders of the Peak District just 25 mins by car.&amp;nbsp;</p>

The property was clean and tidy. It has general wear and tear which is not reflected in the property’s photograph.  We had a problem with the additional bedding and WiFi password but this was quickly resolved by the host. Overall our stay was good and the property was central for the need of our visit to Derby/Nottingham. Thank You Hosts!

This is a nice house in a quiet cul de sac right in the heart of Derby town.
The house was very relaxing and very clean.
I would recommend staying here if you want to be in the Center.

What can we say?!  This was the first time we've ever used Airbnb, and our hosts Martyn & Louis did not disappoint us at all. Every detail was just as it was in the pictures.

All our questions were answered quickly. The check-in instructions were clear. 

Peartree Cottage was a dream to stay in. The location, rooms, kitchen, and conservatory were perfect for our short stay. The house was very clean and kept to a high standard. It literally felt like a home away from home. Although being quite central,  its location  is very peaceful and feels safe at all times. There was lots of natural light bouncing around the rooms. The decor was fresh, and the bedrooms were spacious. 

From start to finish, it was a very easy process. We had alot to plan whilst attending a family wedding but staying at Peartree made it alot easier. Would not hesitate to book this again when we head up to Derby next time.

Martyrâs place is good for longer stay. The environment is quiet but the location is close to supermarket at the same time. And the ice-cream van comes twice a day which is surely an attraction for families with children

Martynâs place was so nice , I considered buying the place or something like it around the area if possible. 
I have nothing better to wish for to add. Itâs just perfect. When next in derby for sure itâll be my first check for availability.

Great place to stay , the neighbours seemed to have used the bin and recycling bin but that wasnât the fault of anyone, very clean. Will use again.

The house locate in Darby and near supermarket, the place is quite and feel comfortable. We have some problem during my stay and Martyn help us to solve the problem quickly. Highly recommend.

This house was ideal for what we needed as it was only 35mins from Alton Towers.  Plenty of things round about to do and the house itself was clean and tidy, with enough space even if 4 adults were staying
