Pleasant stay at Martynâs Airbnb. The house was spacious going up 3 floors and everything was provided for. Kate was lovely, she gave us a tour of the house as soon as we got there and also said to let her know if we needed anything. Had a great weekend here, it was exactly what we needed :)

Overall the accommodation was very good. The only downside was that 3/4 of us that stayed found the beds a little uncomfy, but this was a small negative on what was overall a positive stay with a good host. Would certainly use this again for work for a short trip.

Excellent house for a lovely weekend away. Clean, tidy and modern with a great garden space.

Great place to stay to prepare for our daughters wedding day. It enabled us to be in a cosy place and enjoy meals together too. Centrally located and in a nice residential road. Martyn was very accommodating of our requests and also allowed a late check out even though in the end it wasnât needed. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb .

Good service and messaging prior to arrival but just a few things that let the experience down. 
Stains, unclean crockery uncomfortable beds and lack of extra towels. Also, only a few nespresso pods when there are 7 guests…Easy to find and Check in & out. Good for what we needed in our stay but still let down. Things to work on.

The space was just as described. clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The host was incredibly attentive, providing detailed instructions that made check-in and check-out a breeze. The little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations added so much to our experience. The location was convenient yet quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The decor made the place feel cozy, and we enjoyed relaxing in the living area and getting a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed.

This was a perfect place for our overseas family to stay in Chelmsford for our sonâs wedding. Plenty of space, comfortable and good facilities, with easy check in and quick response to our queries. 
It is near shops and an easy bus ride into the main town - car parking as a bonus

Visiting family nearby for Christmas, suited a family of 6 no problem with a bedroom to spare. Had everything we needed. Great location for access into Chelmsford.
