Apartment is a very nice location, fantastic views from the windows of the area. Very modern apartment with good sized rooms. Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen have all the utensils needed. Very nice stay. Will defiantly stay again.

The Apartment was absolutely perfect. We had the penthouse apartment and the views were amazing. The rooms were nice and big with everything you could need. I have found where I will be staying when I come to london. Fantastic.

Lovely, bright, airy and clean apartment in the centre of Brentwood within walking distance of all local amenities. Ideal for the train station and also local shops nearby. Secure parking and access to the building. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay in Brentwood.   The flat is very modern, clean and well-equipped.    Internet is fast and cooking utensils are complete.  The location is excellent, very close to Brentwood station of Elizabeth line, restaurants and shops.   Communication is good and check-in procedure is clear.  The host and the cleaners are very helpful and friendly.

The place is great! Itâs clean and tidy and Martyn is very responsive . Kate is been very helpful and always there in case of anything urgent. Good stay thank you

Martynâs flat was immaculately clean and stylish.  The location is mere steps from the train station which takes you directly into central London.  The apartment is also conveniently near good restaurants,  food stores and the high street.

Lovely little studio apartment thatâs well equipped and uses the available space really well.
This was our base for 9 nights and there was not really anything we missed .. apart from perhaps couple of feather pillows for the bed - not a biggy though.
Location is good with access to rail, Road and shops
Communication was good and we would recommend.

Good location 10 mins walk from Brentwood High Street with all its shops and amenities.  The Studio is in a quiet apartment block with rear parking which was very useful.  Everything you need is provided for a short stay and the apartment is nicely decorated with an excellent coffee machine, shower, TV and bed. Would recommend!

Lovely studio flat conveniently located for Brentwood town centre; immaculate, modern and very well-equipped.

Lovely little studio apartment, perfect for my time in Brentwood visiting family.  Great there is a car park there.  I believe the block is a mix of residential and nightly lets, but apart from rubbish in the lift being slow to be cleared (not Niche's fault), had no problems.  

Before I arrived I was apprehensive about the check-in process, but it worked surprisingly well, thank you to Kate for re sending the email that I later found in Junk, for texting me additional details, and for the actual check-in by phone.  I found it very reassuring to have an actual phone number to contact in case of problems.

I will be visiting family in the area again, and would have no problems booking this studio again.

Brilliant stay, brilliant location, great communication, very accommodating, lovely decor and very homely. Will definitely use here next time we're back (quite regularly!)

The property is as described and well equipped with everything you need for a long stay. With the Elizabeth Line at your doorstep it is easy to get into London, and if you drive to the property, you also have a parking space available. Martyn is very responsive and handles all queries in a professional manner. I definitely recommend Martyn's apartments.

Nice modern apartment in a very convenient location next to the station and walking distance to high street. Coffee shop and mini-market just across the street with everything you need.

A superb location and the apartment was exactly as described!

I had the pleasure of staying in Martynâs apartment and I have to say that I was very impressed! The location was fantastic as the apartment was right next to the underground, making it very easy to get around London. The apartment itself was also great, very new and well-equipped with everything I needed during my stay.

Unfortunately, the elevator had two outages during my stay, which meant I had to walk up the seven floors by foot. However, Martyn and his team were very quick to address the issue and make sure I still felt comfortable.

Overall, I can only recommend Martyn as a host. His apartment was fantastic and he and his team were very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely book with him again when I'm in town next time!

I really loved Martyns place.  

The decor was simple yet stylish.

The views were spectacular, the location was perfect for access to the Elizabeth Line and Brentwood high street.
