Lovely place

Martyn is a very responsive host and the listing was just as described. The room was spotlessly clean and the linen was fresh and welcoming. The sound from the road is quite loud so I'd recommend you bring earplugs, and it's a very warm room without a way to change the temperature which may affect your choice of pyjamas. 

The one downer was that the hot water comes out in the smallest dribble. There's no way you can wash your face with hot water from the sink. And the shower head is pretty manky, plus it isn't clear/ possible to have a bath because there doesn't seem to be a way of making the shower water supply come out of the bath taps. It made washing our 2 children rather impossible.

Very clean, room was nice and tidy and spacious, worth the money 100% and would stay here again for sure the next time we travel down
