Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Booked at short notice and host could accommodate. Required ID and verification process which I was not aware of until i had booked. Luckily I had pictueres of my ID, otherwise I don't know if check-in would have gone as smoothly.

Overall a decent place. It was clean and was more than adequate for my needs. No complaints from me

Had another great stay here the most convenient place for me in Beeston.

Lovely place

Martyn is a very responsive host and the listing was just as described. The room was spotlessly clean and the linen was fresh and welcoming. The sound from the road is quite loud so I'd recommend you bring earplugs, and it's a very warm room without a way to change the temperature which may affect your choice of pyjamas. 

The one downer was that the hot water comes out in the smallest dribble. There's no way you can wash your face with hot water from the sink. And the shower head is pretty manky, plus it isn't clear/ possible to have a bath because there doesn't seem to be a way of making the shower water supply come out of the bath taps. It made washing our 2 children rather impossible.

lovely place to stay and was in the perfect location for what we needed, The hosts were lovely, very helpful and welcoming.

Very clean, room was nice and tidy and spacious, worth the money 100% and would stay here again for sure the next time we travel down
