2. What is serviced accommodation, and how does it differ from a hotel?
Serviced accommodation offers fully furnished apartments with hotel-like amenities, including housekeeping and WiFi, but with more space, privacy, and flexibility than a hotel.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel the booking at any time upto 14 days before arrival. After that, please contact us to understand what charges will be applied.
4. Do your serviced apartments include WiFi and utilities?
Yes, all our serviced apartments include high-speed WiFi, utility bills, and council tax, ensuring a hassle-free and cost-effective stay.
5. What details do you need to make a reservation?
Details we require upon booking are

Number of guests.
Contact mobile phone number.

You will then receive an email asking you to complete the following actions:
Confirm details of guests booked in.
Arrange payment for your stay.
Inform us of how to pre-authorise your security deposit the day before arrival.

8. Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes, we take a pre-authorised amount as confirmed in your booking process. This is released 2 days after checkout and can then take upto 10 working days to be returned via our payment gateway.
9. Do you offer parking at your serviced apartments?
Many of our locations offer free or secure on-site parking. Contact us for specific details on parking availability at your chosen location.
10. Are your serviced apartments pet-friendly?
Some of our serviced accommodations are pet-friendly! Please check with us before booking to confirm if your apartment allows pets.
11. What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in is usually from 3pm and check-out is strictly by 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested (£25 – £50 payable depending on time).
12. Do your serviced apartments include housekeeping?
