  1. Enjoy Weald Country Park

If you want to spend a day outdoors, then Weald Country Park is the place for you. A rustic 700-year-old, this 500-acre park in South Weald of the English county Essex is visited by many people for its natural beauty. The current layout primarily resulted from Capability Brown’s landscaping work done between 1732 and 1745 when it was owned by Hugh Smith, Lord Of The Manor. It later passed down through families until 1831, when William Humble bought it at auction.

The County Council manages this historical site today, making sure that visitors can enjoy forest walks and modern wildlife, which has been introduced, including red deer, which were first sighted there around 2004 or 2005.
