This was our second stay in these apartment - we chose the Penthouse this time. This is a lovely spacious apartment with lots of thoughtful touches and all the kitchen equipment you might need if you want to cook. If you don't then there are lots of options close by.
If you are a cricket fan then it's perfect - just a short walk to the ground through the park alongisde the river.
The parking arrangements work well with the secure gated area.
The only tricky bit was the key safes which I found awkward and took several attempts.

Good location for Chelmsford, opposite M&S Food-hall.  Modern and clean furnishings as per pictures.  Unfortunately beds are only small doubles - difficult when used to Queen / King size.  Some extra towels, dishwasher/ laundry tabs etc would be appreciated for an 11 night stay. Also some cleaning cloths / spray please.

I highly recommend this apartment; clean, great location, secure building, excellent heating and amenities all around. Honestly, a place like this is hard to find on Airbnb. The property management company is very professional with all information easily accessible and well detailed. As a working professional, this place met executive standards with fast internet. We had a bad experience booking through another vendor and Martyn responded quickly at a late hour, accomdating all our needs. Plus the convenience of this location doesn't get any better.

Stunning apartment, beautiful views and been renovated to a very high spec! Right in the centre too so location is awesome! Also comes with a parking space which was very handy for me :)

We had a great stay. The apartment is right in the middle of Chelmsford. Minutes from everywhere. It worked for us well.

Would love to stay again

Lovely apartment, looks exactly like the pictures.  It had everything we could possibly need.  Local to everything, there is a marks and Spencer’s over the road to get supplies and lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance.  

Once we arrived and parked the car it didn’t move because everything we needed was right there.

The apartment is has a lift and then stairs up to the penthouse apartment, there was noise inside or outside the apartment even though there’s a pub over the road.

We would stay here again. The host was lovely and gave good instructions

A deposit was requested outside of the Airbnb platform after booking the place but this wasn’t disclosed in the listing - I felt a bit uncomfortable at first but Martyn was understanding and made an exception. Overall good stay, very bright, spacious and airy apartment with an amazing location. It is a bit of a shame that the elevator doesn’t go all the way up to the top floor though (where apartment is located).
